04 — The Guest Experience

Quiet luxury, felt in
every session.

From the moment a guest steps in, the experience is calm, private and effortless — the kind of detail that defines a five-star stay.

Step 01

Welcome

Guests settle into a capsule finished to your interior, with a heated, cooled or massage seat.

Step 02

Breathe

A comfortable BIBS mask delivers 93%±2 oxygen at a gentle 2–2.5 ATA — nothing to manage.

Step 03

Unwind

Whisper-quiet operation and an in-cabin tablet make each session a private ritual.

Step 04

Return refreshed

Guests step out restored — an amenity that lingers in the memory of the stay.

05 — Integration & Operation

Light on space,
light on staff.

05

Fits your suite

From ~3 m². Modular construction passes standard doors and installs into existing spa spaces.

No tanks, low upkeep

Oxygen is generated from ambient air — no cylinder storage, no refill logistics, minimal maintenance.

Simple to run

Intuitive dual-screen controls and staff training mean your team operates it with confidence from day one.

06 — Planning & Delivery

A signature amenity,
without operational weight.

06

Picture the spa menu with a 60-minute oxygen ritual guests book like a massage — no consumables to stock, no tanks to handle, and a cabin finished to match your interior.

Finished to your interior design
01

Design & planning

We plan the suite with your spa team — placement, access, sight lines — and match the cabin to your interior: RAL exterior, bespoke upholstery, renders shared before production.

02

Made to order

Every chamber is hand-built for the property. Production is scheduled around your season, and we coordinate directly with your project or engineering team.

03

Installation day

Our team delivers and assembles inside the spa with minimal disruption, then runs the first pressurisation and handover checks with your staff present.

04

Training & aftercare

Spa staff learn guest flow, session start and daily care in a single shift. Scheduled maintenance and remote support keep the amenity running season after season.

07 — Good to Know

Questions,
answered honestly.

07
Where do properties usually place the chamber?
Most hotels position it inside the spa floor as a private suite, next to treatment rooms or the relaxation area. During planning we map the access route, clearance and sight lines so the suite feels intentional.
Can the chamber match our interior design?
Yes — that is the point of our made-to-order approach. You choose the exterior RAL colour and the interior materials from a wide upholstery collection, and we finish the cabin to your design language.
How do guests book and experience a session?
Exactly like any signature spa ritual: a bookable 60-minute slot. Staff prepare the cabin, start the session from the panel, and the chamber handles pressurisation and gradual release on its own.
What does housekeeping need to do?
Very little — a wipe-down between guests and simple daily checks. Deeper maintenance is handled by our technicians on a scheduled calendar.
Which models fit a hotel spa?
The seated Avicenna suits individual guest rituals; the two-person Farabi is popular for couples' experiences. Larger properties sometimes add the four-person Taragay.
How is staff trained?
At handover, on-site: welcoming guests, starting sessions, daily care. It typically takes a single shift, and refresher sessions are part of our aftercare.
